Talk to ThrustMateIs MateTurbo hard to assemble?
No, MateTurbo is very easy to assemble, taking about 3-5 minutes, and can be done using the tools included in the box. The frame arrives mostly built — you fit the legs, attach the motor arm, mount your attachment and plug it in. Printed instructions come with every machine.
What does MateTurbo wireless remote add?
The remote lets you speed up, slow down, pause, and switch between 10 classic thrusting modes without reaching for the dial. You can stay in position and fully in the moment, or hand it to your partner and let them take control.
Will my attachment fit the MateTurbo?
Three attachment adapters are included. Check the connector and dimensions of your attachment before use. Contact us with the connector details if you need help checking compatibility.
How should I set up the MateTurbo?
Place the MateTurbo on a stable surface and check that its feet and fasteners are secure. Leave clear space around all moving parts. Follow the instructions supplied with your machine before connecting power.
Is MateTurbo hard to use?
No. Both speed and depth can be adjusted using the Speed Dial Controller, so you set the pace from the very beginning—and you can change it at any time. You can start at the lowest setting and keep it there for as long as you like—it's entirely up to you.
Is MateTurbo noisy?
No, the MateTurbo machine is extremely quiet. It produces less than 30dB of sound while running, so you can use it in your apartment with complete peace of mind.
How should I clean and store the MateTurbo?
Disconnect the power supply before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and keep liquids away from the motor, connectors and controllers. Clean attachments according to their own instructions and store MateTurbo in a dry place.
What should I do if something does not feel right on MateTurbo?
Stop the Mateturbo and disconnect power if a part loosens, the machine makes an unusual sound or operation changes unexpectedly. Do not open the motor housing or power supply. Contact support with a description and clear product photographs.
